Skills for Success-ESL

Skills for Success-ESL is an employability skills program designed specifically for non-native English speakers. The sixteen-week program includes instruction in job search skills, resume development and interview skills. Participants learn about their individual strengths and weaknesses and how they can use them to find and keep a job. They also learn how to articulate their goals and experience in a way that is meaningful to employers. Students will improve their English and learn the cultural norms of job searching and employment in the United States.
