Description
The purpose of the Campus Conversation Day #5 is to share information about our Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) and past Action Projects, and to provide feedback about past Action Projects from 9-10. From 10-11 (with a 15 minute break in there somewhere), we'll talk about current Action Projects and review our Systems Portfolio work. Finally, from 11-12, we'll think about the future at HCC and talk about new Action Projects that can get us there.

Campus Conversation III: "Systems Thinking"

Description
The primary focus of this conversation will be to engage everyone in exploring how various parts of the College are interrelated, and ways in which we can all work together more effectively.
In addition, we will bring everyone up to date on the progress of our current Action Projects, and engage in a set of activities that should sharpen our understanding of where AQIP might go from here.
Objectives for CCD3 are as follows:
- Become more familiar with Systems Thinking, a core element of AQIP
- Think about how the various parts of the college work together
- Share information about current AQIP Action Projects
- Consider new AQIP Action Projects
- Learn about the College's membership in the AQIP Assessment Academy
