Certified Nursing Assistant Exam

The State of Illinois certification exam for Nursing Assistants is typically administered at 2 p.m. on the third Friday of each month at Heartland Community College

The Nurse Aide Testing office at Southern Illinois University handles the registration, distribution and scoring of these exams. Students must complete an approved nursing assistant course to be eligible for the exam, and all registration for the exam is done through the instructor after the course is successfully completed.
