Christian Abrahamsen comes to Heartland Community College as the assistant to Coach Fritzen. Previously working with Fritzen on the high school level, he looks forward to bringing his experience and enthusiasm for the game to the NJCAA level.
Abrahamsen moved to Normal, IL from Norway in 2005. While in Norway, he had a successful career as player in the Norwegian soccer league system, at the same time coaching soccer fundamentals at various youth clinics across the country.
Abrahamsen lives in Bloomington with his family and works as an IT consultant for Technisource.
