10/18/2009 - The Hawks end their season in a tough loss to Illinois Central College in their Region 24 playoff game. Heartland was the first to score in the game going up 1-0 but ICC came back with two quick goals going up 2-1 at the end of first half. The Hawks scored two more in the second half but just wasn't enough in the 3-4 loss. Heartland's goals were scored by Lauren Johnson, Milly Garvin and Jessie Bonds. Karissa Kaiser had 14 saves in goal.

10/14/2009 - Heartland defeats Lincoln College 3-0. Bridget Singer, Beth Walther, and Jordan Rodriguez scored the goals for the Hawks.

10/10/2009 - The Hawks soar over Moraine Valley Community College, winning 8-1. Lauren Johnson scored the first five goals of the game, Milly Garvin added two goals and Abby West scored the eighth goal from a Lauren Johnson assist. Bridget Singer had two assists in the game. Goals keepers, Karissa Kaiser and Nichole Grindler each had three saves.

10/6/2009 - Lauren Johnson scored in the eighth minute of the game but SWIC answered with three goals going up 3-1, Milly Garvin scored in the 87th minute but there wasn't enough time left on the clock. The Hawks lost 2-3.

10/4/2009 - In an exciting game, the Hawks are victorious over Iowa Central Community College 5-3. Bridget Singer scored the lone goal of the first half off a Jessie Bonds assist. In the second half, Heartland scored four goals and Iowa Central had three. Abby West had two goals and Beth Walther and Jordan Rodriguez had one goal each. Karissa Kaiser had 13 saves in the goal.

10/3/2009 - Hawks shut-out Anoka-Ramsey Community College 6-0 at the Iowa Central tournament. Lauren Johnson, Jessie Bonds and Jordan Rodriguez scored the first three goals in the first half. Abby West, Lyndsey Nguyen and Amy Ripley scored the last three goals in the second half.

10/1/2009 - Heartland wins 5-0 over Lincoln College. The game was tied after the first half but Jessie Bonds started off the scoring in the second half with the first goal off an assist from Beth Walther. Then Walther scored a goal off a Lauren Johnson assist, and then it was Johnson's turn scoring from a Bonds assist. Jordan Rodriguez and Bridget Singer each had an unassisted goal.

9/30/2009 - The Hawks take a 0-3 loss to ICC.

9/27/2009 - Heartland falls to Lewis and Clark 0-4. Karissa Kaiser had 24 saves in goal.

9/26/2009 - Freshman, Beth Walther, leads the Hawks to a 10-0 victory over Carl Sandburg, scoring four goals. Jessie Bonds and Jordan Rodriguez had two goals each, while Amy Ripley and Lyndsey Nguyen each had a goal.

9/25/2009 - Lauren Johnson helped lead the Heartland win over College of Dupage with an early goal in the fifth minute of the game. Jordan Rodriguez added two goals, one from a Lauren Johnson assist and one after beating the goalkeeper one-on-one.

9/23/2009 - Heartland defeats Springfield College 5-0. The first goal came from Jessie Bonds off an Abby West corner kick. In the second half, Beth Walther started off with the first two goals of the half, Lyndsey Nguyen and Milly Garvin and the last two goals.

9/21/2009 - Brittany scored the first Heartland goad in the 15th minute of the game off an Abby West assist. The game was tied 1-1 going in to the second half, Parkland scored twice and Heartland's Lauren Johnson made it close with another Hawks' goal with 5 minutes left in the game but time ran out too fast and Hawks lost 2-3.

9/19/2009 - Abby West scored the lone Hawks' goal off a Beth Walther assist in the 1-5 loss to Southwestern Illinois College.

9/16/2009 - The Hawks went up 1-0 in the first half on a goal by Lauren Johnson, with an Abby West assist. Heartland secured the 3-0 victory over Kaskaksia in the second half. One goal coming from a corner kick by Milly Garvin deflected in to the goal by a Kaskaskia defender. The third goal came from Brittany Taylor.

9/12/2009 - Heartland pulls out a tight game that went in to double overtime, the Hawks defeated St. Louis-Meramec 2-1. Meramec scored in the first half but the Hawks pushed back and tied on a cross from Abby West and Lauren Johnson followed it in for the goal. Brittany Taylor scored the game winner in the second overtime on a loose ball in the box.

9/9/2009 - Freshman, Lauren Johnson, lead the Hawks to victory with three goals and three assists. Freshman, Beth Walther also contributed with three goals and one assist. The Hawks defeated Springfield College 11-0.

9/1/2009 - Heartland falls to Lewis and Clark 2-7. Goals for Heartland were scored by Lauren Johnson and Brittany Taylor.

8/28/2009 - Hawks faced off against Illinois Central College and lost 1-3 in their first regular season game. Alanah Thompson scored the lone Heartland goal off a Jordan Rodriguez assist. Goalkeeper, Karissa Kaiser had 20 saves.
