CAD 235: CAD for Construction

Prerequisite(s):
-Completion of CAD 101, or concurrent enrollment in, CAD 101
(no placement testing required)

CAD for Construction introduces the principles and practices used in the construction industry to create working drawings for residential and commercial construction projects. You will learn how to use the most current software tools to create plans to the latest building codes and standards; development of sketching and problem solving techniques will be emphasized. 3 credit hours

Career and Technical Course: This course is a specific requirement for an Associate of Applied Science or certificate program and may not transfer. Please consult with your advisor about transferability.
