CRJ 204: Criminal Law

-Completion of CRJ 101 with a C or better OR
-Permission of division dean
-Placement at college level English OR
-Concurrent enrollment in ENGL 099/101
-Placement at college level reading

This course is a survey of criminal law, including the historical development of substantive and procedural criminal law. Judicial opinions and case law are reviewed to provide students with a better understanding of the criminal justice process. 3 credit hours
