ELAP 137: Electrician Apprentice Residential V

-Admission to the IBEW Electrician Apprenticeship Program

Introduces the students to residential wiring practices and methods, the NEC requirements and residential blueprint interpretations. Topics include standard residential wiring procedures and practices, NEC requirements, wiring diagrams and wiring layouts. Upon completion, students should be able to read blueprints and know most code requirements. 4 credit hours

Career and Technical Course: This course is a specific requirement for an Associate of Applied Science or certificate program and may not transfer. Please consult with your advisor about transferability.
