NETW 121: Introduction to Networks

-Completion of NETW 150 with a grade of C or better
-Completion of English and reading placement tests

This is the first of four courses in the Cisco Networking Academy designed to provide students with classroom and laboratory experience in current and emerging networking technology. This course is designed to be integrated into technology curricula or continuing education programs at postsecondary institutions such as technical schools and universities. Instruction includes, but is not limited to: networking, LANs, WANs, OSI models, routers, router programming, topologies, and IP addressing. 3 credit hours

Career and Technical Course: This course is a specific requirement for an Associate of Applied Science or certificate program and may not transfer. Please consult with your advisor about transferability.
