RAD 236: Radiography Seminar

-Completion of RAD 223 and RAD 234
-Completion of or concurrent enrollment in a college level math course, RAD 233, and RAD 235
-Placement at college level English and reading

This is a capstone course intended to integrate the student?s previous learning and provide preparation for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) examination and the workplace. It is an interactive course with an emphasis on critical thinking and problem solving skills. Educational activities are varied and include review of knowledge in the registry content areas, enactment of case scenarios, mock registries, resume writing, job interview skills and competitive games. 2 credit hours

Career and Technical Course: This course is a specific requirement for an Associate of Applied Science or certificate program and may not transfer. Please consult with your advisor about transferability.
