Confirming Your Residency
You will need to provide proof of in-district residency to receive in-district tuition rates. This can be waived if you graduated from a high school located in Heartland's district in the past year.
You will need to submit transcripts if this is the first time you have attended Heartland or if you have completed college-level coursework since you last attended Heartland. If you are only taking a few courses to transfer to another school, you should follow the visiting student enrollment process.
Determining Basic Skills Assessment Needs
Because we are committed to your success, we require free basic skills assessments in writing, math and reading. Your ACT/PARCC scores or previous college credit may allow you to waive part or all of your assessment requirement.
