Guaranteed Schedule

Effective immediately, all courses displayed in the class schedule as "open" are guaranteed to run, with one exception - courses with zero enrollment 3 weeks prior to the start of the semester may be cancelled and removed from the schedule.

This means you can map out your entire program of study and be confident that you'll get the classes you need to stay on schedule to complete your educational dreams. Check out the class schedule for Fall 2014 now!

Submit Your Transcripts and Admissions Documents

What do I send?

You need to submit one or more of the following Admissions documents:

  • Official high school transcript(s) or GED certificate.
  • ACT scores, if you intend to waive the Basic Skills Assessment. (See more information on using your ACT scores for placement here.)
  • Official college transcript(s).

How do I send them?

In-Person or By Mail

Electronically

High School Transcripts, GED Certificates, and ACT Scores

These documents may be sent electronically to mychecklist@heartland.edu. Keep in mind that these must be sent from your high school or the College Board for them to be considered official documentation.

College Transcripts

Official college transcripts may be sent electronically to Kristine Hilke at kristine.hilke@heartland.edu. Again, these must be sent through an official, outside vendor or directly from your transfer institution to Kristine.
