Guaranteed Schedule

Effective immediately, all courses displayed in the class schedule as "open" are guaranteed to run, with one exception - courses with zero enrollment 3 weeks prior to the start of the semester may be cancelled and removed from the schedule.

This means you can map out your entire program of study and be confident that you'll get the classes you need to stay on schedule to complete your educational dreams. Check out the class schedule for Fall 2014 now!

Submit your Transcripts and Admissions Documents

You must contact your institution and request that any official documents be sent to the address below. Transcripts must be received in a sealed envelope or mailed directly from the institution previously attended to be considered official. Student signature and fees are typically required to have a transcript sent.

What do I send?

You need to submit one or more of the following admissions documents:

  • Official high school transcript(s)
  • GED certificate
  • ACT scores (only needed if you intend to waive the Basic Skills Assessment)
  • Official college transcript(s) - If you are requesting a transcript to be sent to us electronically through an outside vendor, use graduation.office@heartland.edu as the sending address.
