How to Support Your Child Through Their IEP or IFSP

When your child is eligible for special education services they will use either an IEP (Individualized Education Program) or IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) depending on their age. Your child's IEP or IFSP is the document that determines and describes the types of services your child will receive. By law, you become an equal participant as part of the team that develops these documents.

IFSP - Individualized Family Service Plan

IEP - Individualized Education Program
