Welcome to the Health and Human Services Division at Heartland Community College. The Health and Human Services Division provides students with diverse courses and programs of study designed to address various needs throughout our community college district.

The Criminal Justice Studies program provides students with the knowledge and skills that will be needed in the fields of policing and law enforcement. The Early Childhood Education program provides students with the knowledge and skills essential for success as an early childhood educator or family services professional and students gain practical experience in the Child Development Lab and Learning Center. The Emergency Medical Services, Health, Medical Transcription, Nursing, and Radiography programs and courses prepare graduates to meet the health needs of the community.
