International travel offers a unique professional development opportunity. Heartland Community College encourages employees to visit other countries, learn from their colleagues, and experience a different culture via Faculty/Staff/Administrator international exchanges.

International Partnerships

Heartland Community College has agreements with institutions of higher learning in other countries. Such partnerships may be used to facilitate student exchanges, faculty development, and curriculum development.

Cultural Tours

Heartland Community College offers short-term cultural trips, which provide the advantages of traveling abroad, participating in guided tours of cultural attractions and being part of a group tour while earning college credit.
