Refunds and the HeartlandOne Card

Students who are expecting a potential refund for the summer 2012 semester should make sure that they use their HeartlandOne Card to choose a refund preference at www.heartlandonecard.com.

The HeartlandOne Card is mailed automatically to all new students. It is not a credit card, but a tool students need to choose the method by which they will receive refunds owed to them by the College. These refunds may include refunds for dropped or canceled classes, as well as excess financial aid, student loan or scholarship funds.

Students can find more information about the HeartlandOne Card at www.heartland.edu/refunds. They also may contact the Business Office at (309) 268-8140 if they have further questions or if they did not receive their Heartland One Card in the mail.
