This system is for use by users authenticated by HCC. Any individual using this system, acknowledges and consents to HCC's Security and Appropriate Use Policy. Unauthorized and/or improper use of this system, is not tolerated and the college may revoke any user's access.

Change Your Current Password

If you know your existing password and would like to change it, you may do so by following the steps below.

  1. Enter your Login Name in the text field at the left and click the I Agree button.

    (Note: Your Login Name is the first part of your e-mail address. It is comprised of your first initial, part of your last name and possibly a number up to eight characters. For example, Tom Williams might have the Login Name TWILLIA19.)

    Logging into Password Station.

  2. Click on the Change Password button.

    Choose Change Password button.

  3. Enter your current password in the Old Password field, a new password in the New Password field, and re-enter the new password in the Confirm field.

  4. Click the Continue button next to the confirmation notification to return to the main window of Password Station.

  5. Choose the Sign Out button in the top right portion of the screen.

  6. Click the Close the window and leave Password Station link to exit Password Station.

    Close Password Station.

    (Note: Apart from the portal login browser window, as long as the Password Station browser window was the only other window open, you should now see the myHeartland login page https://my.heartland.edu once more.)
