Credit Card/Debit Card

The credit card/debit card option is one convenient way to use automatic payment plan. Many students and families have requested the option of charging their monthly tuition payment to VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. This enables you to take advantage of various bonus programs offered by your credit card company. If you elect to use this option, your monthly payment will be automatically charged to the credit card you designate.

Payments will be charged on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full. If you wish to use this option you may enroll by registering online through e-Cashier. Credit card payments are processed by American Card Services, Inc.

If paying by credit card, you will need the credit card number, expiration date and security code/CSV number.

Note: Should a credit card/debit card payment be missed or returned, a $30 missed payment fee will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified by Nelnet Business Solutions of the missed payment via mail or email. A second attempt of the ACH will be processed on the 20th of the month for any that were missed or returned on the 5th of the month.
