Guaranteed Schedule

Effective immediately, all courses displayed in the class schedule as "open" are guaranteed to run, with one exception - courses with zero enrollment 3 weeks prior to the start of the semester may be cancelled and removed from the schedule.

This means you can map out your entire program of study and be confident that you'll get the classes you need to stay on schedule to complete your educational dreams. Check out the class schedule for Fall 2014 now!

Cashiering services will also be provided at the Pontiac and Lincoln sites.

Non-Payment of Tuition and Fees

Student accounts with an outstanding tuition balance and for which no payment actions have occurred, after a semester has begun, may be assessed a $30 payment plan fee.  This fee will be assessed based on the presumption by the College that the student will be paying their tuition using an installment payment method over time and/or that their payment action has missed the tuition due date deadline. A restriction may also be placed on a student's account to restrict privileges and use of College services and prevent any further enrollments at the College until the past due and outstanding balance has been paid.

The College will make every reasonable attempt to collect on any outstanding student account balances.  Student accounts that remain outstanding and unpaid will be sent to collections.  The State of Illinois Comptroller's Office local debt recovery program will also be used to collect past due balances.
