Phi Beta Lambda (PBL)

Phi Beta Lambda is an organization preparing students for careers in their chosen field. Students may also compete at the state and national levels in business and technology events. Our mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. We meet every 2nd Tuesday of the month in ICB 2803 at 5:30 p.m.

Our Goals:

Provide opportunies and experiences in chosen career fields.

Create more interest in and understanding of the American Business Enterprise System.

Encourage members in the development of individual projects that contribute to the improvement of home, business, and community.

Develop character, prepare for service to others, and foster patriotism.

Encourage and practice efficient money management.

Encourage scholarship and promote school loyalty.

Assist students in the establishment of occupational goals.

Facilitate the transition from school to work.
