Information Technology (Associate in Applied Science Degree)
The Associate in Applied Science degree in information technology prepares the student for a variety of entry-level positions. Examples include applications programmers, business programmers, user support/help desk technician and computer operator. STudents receive two semester of hands-on programming experience in a high-level programming language, such a Java and have the choice of selecting a second language from the programming language electives group.
