Submissions

1. The easiest way to submit is to send digital copies of your work to vox@heartland.edu. However, all submitters must print out, read, complete, sign, and submit the /VOX SUBMISSION FORM (Word rich-text file or PDF).
2. You can deliver the form to David J. Marshall (ICB 2410 in the math/science office area) at Heartland Community College’s main campus. Or you can Fax the form: 268-7964 (remember to add 1 +309 if you are out of Heartland's area code). Or you may send the completed form snail mail to:

3. Send only revised, high-quality work. Submissions with too many mechanics and/or usage errors will not be accepted.
4. Any submissions containing the words, ideas, and/or summaries of works belonging to another person must properly document those sources using an accepted documentation format (MLA, APA, etc.).
5. /VOX reserves the right to refuse submissions.
6. There is a maximum of 5 submissions per person, per semester.
