- For a $250 cost, your CLC birthday party includes:
- 2 hour facility use
- Space for up to 12 children and 2 adults
- Game and science/craft activity provided by CLC staff
- Simulated space launch in Athena Transport Module
- Space-themed decorations, including paper goods
- Goodie bag for each child participant
- Gift for birthday child from the CLC
- Access to refrigerator/ freezer

- Three weeks in advance, complete and submit registration form
- Provide up to three date and time choices
- Select game and craft/science activity
- Two weeks in advance, pay 50% non-refundable deposit
- Two business days, confirm number of children and adults attending with CLC staff
- When sending invitations:
- Provide a Participant Release Form for each guest
- Collect Participant Release Form prior to or at the party
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to start of party
- Provide and setup your choice of food, cake, candles, and refreshments
- Turn in Participant Release Forms for each guest (children and adults) to CLC staff
- Ensure all guests have been picked up within 15 minutes after the scheduled party end time
- Pay remaining balance along with any additional fees
- Three weeks in advance, complete and submit registration form
When applicable, the following fees are added to the invoice:
- If more than 12 children attending, $15/additional child participant
- If more than 2 adults attending, $5/additional adult participant
- Late pick-up fee of $2/minute/child for any pick-ups after 15 minutes from the scheduled party end time
- Cancellations must be received, in writing at least 1 week prior to party. If less than one week, customer is responsible for payment of remaining balance.
