General Overview

Your College NOW Plus Pipeline plan is your guide for completing the required HCC courses along a degree or certificate pathway!

  • Individual high school students pursuing a degree or certificate pathway through HCC should complete the academic/career interest inventory form (on the College NOW plus webpage) to receive a custom plan information packet.
    • Then, you will be prompted to schedule an appointment with the Associate Director of Early College Opportunities to discuss your plan prior to enrollment in your first HCC on-campus or online course.
  • Students accepted into specialized programs through your high school (i.e. computer science cohort) should receive your plan information packet and instructions from the coordinator(s) of those programs at your high school.
    • Whether or not you remain in a specialized program through your high school, you are welcome to connect with the HCC Associate Director of Early College Opportunities to discuss your degree/certificate options through HCC at any time.
