Why Accounting Technology?

If your goal is to move directly into the workforce after graduating from Heartland, you can earn a Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Enrolled Agent Certificate. 

The Bookkeeping certificate provides training in payroll, receivables, and general accounting applications while preparing you to sit for industry certifications in Bookkeeping. 

The Accounting certificate provides extensive training in accounting technology, payroll, receivables, general accounting applications for both small businesses and corporations, and well as best practices in business communication and employment success.
