Student Counseling Services
Student Counseling Services physical office is open and continues to offer virtual appointments as well.
Appointments are offered based on clinical need during business hours Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm. Appointment duration and frequency depend on need, urgency of concerns and counselor availability.
If you would like to make an appointment click the 'make an appointment' tab on the left or contact us at Counseling@heartland.edu. You will be assigned a counselor within a week.

Student Optional Mental Health Information Disclosure
Heartland Community College is required to offer the Student Optional Disclosure of Private Mental Health Information to all newly-enrolled students. You have the option to designate a contact person to whom the College may disclose certain private mental health information.
