Heartland's Board of Trustees have appointed Jon Kilgore to fill the seat vacated on Dec. 1.
Babson previously served as Head Soccer Coach for PDX FC, Portland and Southwestern Oregon College.
Board will consider the appointment of a vacant seat at 5:00 p.m. in CCB 2012.
The College has again be recognized amongst the top colleges and universities for making efforts to increase student voter participation.
