Workforce Development

Heartland Community College partners with our local employers to learn about the most critical workforce needs in our communities and determine solutions through innovative work-ready programs. We then offer short-term, stackable certificate programs for individuals to get the training they need to get a job, then get a better job, and ultimately – to build their career. Through these employer partnerships and opportunities for working learners, Heartland is directly supporting the needs of individuals throughout our District and in the communities we serve.
