Hey there! My name is Sarah Tipton, and I’m the Director of Student Engagement. I earned bachelor’s degrees in anthropology and nonprofit studies from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University, where I also earned a certificate in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. My own experience getting involved at college showed me how much connection and belonging can shape a student’s experience, and I want to help Heartland students find that here.
