Student Counseling Services
Student Counseling Services physical office is open and continues to offer virtual appointments as well.
Appointments are offered based on clinical need during business hours Monday – Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Appointment duration and frequency depend on need, urgency of concerns and counselor availability.
Drop-in services are also available in person during normal business hours, and virtual drop-in services are available using Doxy.me Mondays 11:00am-12:00pm| Tuesdays 12:00pm-1:00pm| Wednesdays 2:00pm-3:00pm| Thursdays 10:00 am-11:00am. Drop-in Link: https://heartland.doxy.me/dropin
If you would like to make an appointment click the 'make an appointment' tab on the left or contact us at Counseling@heartland.edu. You will be assigned a counselor within a week.

Student Optional Mental Health Information Disclosure
Heartland Community College is required to offer the Student Optional Disclosure of Private Mental Health Information to all newly-enrolled students. You have the option to designate a contact person to whom the College may disclose certain private mental health information.
