Counseling Services are offered in person and virtually.
Fall semester Counseling business hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am- 4pm. Appointment duration and frequency depending on need, the urgency of concerns, and counselor availability.

In addition to counseling services at our Main Campus in Normal, we provide counseling by appointment face-to-face and virtually at our Lincoln Center, and by phone and virtually at our Pontiac Center.
