Before you get started, please familiarize yourself with the College's Community Use Guidelines (PDF).
Request an Event
Take advantage of our beautiful campus, spacious rooms and state-of-the-art technology. We offer a convenient location close to the interstate with ample parking. This event request form should be used if you are:
- A member of the community or an organization wishes to utilize Heartland facilities
- A Heartland employees planning an event that will occur outside of building hours or that requires specials rooms
- Anyone scheduling a meeting or conference for an external group

Schedule an Event using 25Live
You may schedule internal events within normal building hours using 25Live. You must request an event for external groups and for any other event. Most event rooms are in 25Live, but some conference rooms are still in Outlook. See a list of rooms in Outlook and 25Live (PDF).
