1-866-QUIT-YES   The Illinois Tobacco Quitline is a FREE resource for tobacco users who want to quit for good. Our registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and certified tobacco-treatment counselors are on call 7 days a week, 7AM-11PM to answer all your tobacco-related questions and provide the support you need to break the habit. Habla español? We serve a diverse client base, with Spanish-speaking counselors and live translation services for more than 200 languages.

Be Tobacco Free is a government program designed to educate and assist tobacco users of all types to quit. 

Freedom From Smoking® Online 

Freedom From Smoking Online, is a program specifically designed for adults, like you, who want to quit smoking. It's an adaptation of the American Lung Association's gold standard, group clinic that has helped thousands of smokers to quit for good

  • Student Counseling Services

    Pick up your free cessation kit from Student Counseling Services in SCB 2400.

  • Medical Assistance

    Full-time employees can receive two separate 90 day supplies of cessation medication through Blue Cross Blue Shield
