We encourage and promote the health and wellness of our students and community.
Group Fitness
As a supporter of health and wellness, group fitness courses are available at our center and include instruction in a wide array of areas. We will be offering free group fitness classes to students beginning on January 29th through the end of the semester. Sign in at the FRC front desk the day of and you must have a valid ID to attend.
Monday's 5:00-5:30pm - Barre Yoga
Tuesday's 10:35-11:35am - Power Yoga
Wednesday's 10:35-11:35am - Power Yoga
Thursday's 5:00-5:30pm - Barre Yoga
