State Farm College Credit Program/Prior Learning Assessment (PLA)
At Heartland Community College, we know that you’re learning both inside and outside of the classroom. That’s why State Farm employees who have successfully completed Customer Care Center (CCC) trainings since 2016 will have the opportunity to earn free college credits.

Based on the trainings completed, you may be eligible to earn some or all of the credits for the following classes:
- BTEC 115 - Business Communications (3 credits)
- INSR 121 - Fire, Property and Casualty Insurance (3 credits)
- INSR 122 - Auto Insurance and Quotes (3 credits)
