Appointments

Prior to scheduling your Placement Testing appointment, you will need to set-up your MyHeartland account. Navigate to Manage My Password to get started. If you don't know your login name or you receive an invalid username error message, contact the IT Support Student Hotline.

To schedule your Placement Testing appointment online, click the image corresponding to the location where you would like to test [Normal Campus, Lincoln Campus, or Pontiac Campus]. 

You can schedule online up to 7 days in advance. If you are hoping to schedule more than 7 days in advance, please reach out to Testing Reception. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so online as duplicate appointments will be cancelled. 

Test in-person at the Normal Campus
