Residents of Heartland Community College District 540 can borrow from the library's collection and access electronic resources on campus.

Community Borrower Accounts

District 540 residents over the age of 18 can check out materials from Heartland Library. To get a community borrower library account, simply present a valid picture ID and proof of your local address at the library desk. Accounts are valid for one year.

Community User Accounts

To use a computer in the Open Lab, community users need to present a photo ID and will be assigned a user ID number by the Lab staff at the Library desk. Community users are allotted one 2 hour session per day and 25 pages of free printing. 

Community users are welcome to use the Open Computer Lab during library hours.

All open computer lab users must adhere to the ASC Student Conduct Guidelines.
