LIHEAP: The Low-Income Home Energy Assitance Program (LIHEAP) helps eligible low-income households pay for home energy services. Phone number: 833-711-0374

LIHWAP: The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a federally funded program that provides emergency bill payment assistance to help low-income families pay past due water and/or wastewater bills. The program is for residential services only. Phone number: 833-711-0374

Livingston County Health Department: Services such as WIC, TANAF, and SNAP are available to those who qualify. Phone: 815-844-7174
